PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive silicone rubber composition which has good handleability and moldability, even when containing a heat-conductive filler in a large amount to obtain a heat-conductive silicone rubber, and can be converted into a cured product having good rubber physical properties and adhesiveness. SOLUTION: This heat-conductive silicone rubber composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane having (i) two or more silicon atom-bound alkenyl groups and (ii) one or more hydrolysable silyl groups in one molecule, (B) a curing agent, and (C) a heat-conductive filler.
