PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pseudomonas bacterium-immobilized product which can be produced even at a low vacuum degree by a vacuum lyophilization method, when scaled up, and has good live bacterium recovery, good productivity and good preservability after dried, as the immobilized product, to provide a method for immobilizing the Pseudomonas bacterium, and to provide a method for preparing a plant aboveground part disease control agent, by which the immobilized product can more effectively be utilized. SOLUTION: The immobilized product having good physical properties, capable of being crushed and having good live bacterium recovery and good productivity can be provided in a larger amount by a method comprising mixing the Pseudomonas bacterium with trehalose, freezing the mixture and then lyophilizing the frozen mixture, even under lyophilization-difficult conditions having low vacuum degree of 50 to 1,000 mTorr, a liquid height of≥1 cm before frozen, and a sugar content of 40 to 60 % converted into the immobilized product. The method for preparing the plant aboveground part disease control agent comprises diluting and increasing the immobilized product with a sugar, by which the control activity can be increased, and the agent can be prepared in a large amount.
