PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enjoy any kind of fragrance by delivering fragrance from an aromatic substance which reacts to a specific frequency when the frequency of an electromagnetic wave is specified. SOLUTION: Fragrance is generated by heating the aromatic substance with a substance which was heated when absorbing electromagnetic wave of a specific wavelength. Any of plural kinds of aromatic substances and plural kinds of pyrogen substances are respectively heated at different wavelengths, so that an optional aromatic substance is heated to deliver fragrance. For example, when red light is radiated, the pyrogen substance which reacts to the wavelength of red light can cause the aromatic substance with scent of rose to smell, when blue light is radiated, the pyrogen substance which reacts to the wavelength of blue light can cause the aromatic substance with marine scent to smell.
