PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush manufacturing method and a brush convenient for polishing or deburring the inner surface of apertures or holes provided on a finished product or a semi-manufactured product or the inclined apertures or holes by motor drive. SOLUTION: The brush is manufactured by clamping brush bristles between a plurality of metallic core members, fixing one end of the metallic core members and twisting the other end. A metallic cylinder member is inserted from one part of the metallic core member and a part of the brush bristles is inserted. The metallic cylinder member is caulked at the root of the brush bristles. Thereafter, since the metallic core members are not needed as the brush, the other tip part is cut off. By reducing the diameter of the brush bristles and the metallic cylinder member, the brush for polishing the surface of fine parts and the inside of pores and deburring the pores or the like is manufactured.
