The tube (5) is permantly joined to the center of a base (4) provided with lateral slots (1) for the insertion of the outer ends of a strap (6) to be guided around the neck of the patient. Each of the ends can be folded over and fastened with strips of Velcro(RTM) (2) located at the outer surface of the strap (6). The base (4) and/or the holding strap (6) are made of cellulose facilitating the recycling or environmentally friendly disposal after use.
