The piece of training equipment for the stretching of the thighs, and stomach and hip muscles is an exercise device made of metal from a welded base construction (1) of square or round tube, with a metal or wooden plate (2) upon which a padded mat (3) is fastened for the supporting of a person in kneeling position. Through the proposed construction the feet have no contact with the floor, and the exerciser holds onto a handrail (4) and may be secured by an additional belt.
