PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle head-up display which can prevent light rays irregularly reflected inside a liquid crystal panel from being displayed at a display part in the on-vehicle head-up display in which external light rays are made incident on the liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: A display 10 is in a state where a straight line that is vertical to a surface of an image light ejecting side of the liquid crystal panel is inclined to a ground side and further the straight line that is vertical to the surface of the image light ejecting side of the liquid crystal panel is inclined in a lateral direction toward the straight line. Thus, when the external light rays are entered from an opening 42 of an instrument panel, the external light rays are made incident on the liquid crystal panel of the display 10 via a magnifying mirror 30 and a flat mirror 20 and further is reflected thereby and is guided between the flat mirror 20 and the magnifying mirror 30 and also to the ground side than the flat mirror 20. Thereby light that is irregularly reflected inside the liquid crystal panel can be prevented from being displayed at the head-up display via the flat mirror 20 and the magnifying mirror 30.
