PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lower member from moving to one side when an upper member is tilted to one side. SOLUTION: In this seat device 10, a changeover stopper 34 is turned to the front side to permit a connection link 24 to turn to the front side with respect to a cushion frame 28, and in this state, when a seat back 20 and a back frame 22 are tilted to the front side, the connection link 24 is turned obliquely downward to the rear. At the same time, the cushion frame 28 moves obliquely downward to the rear, and an auxiliary link 30 and a front link 32 are turned to the rear side. Consequently, the seat back 20 is tilted to the front side, and the seat cushion 26 is moved obliquely downward to the rear.
