PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical volatilization apparatus without waste, wherein a capacity is sufficiently enlarged and a stored liquid preparation is fully volatilized and used up. SOLUTION: A container 11 is arranged with an opening part 11c directed upward and contains the liquid preparation 15. One end 13a of a volatilizing means 13 inserted into the container 11 from the opening part 11c is abutted on the bottom surface 11d of the container 11. A volatilization surface 13b formed at the other end is exposed to the outer part of the container 11. The liquid preparation 15 contained in the container 11 is sucked upward by the volatilizing means 13 and volatilized outward from the volatilization surface 13b. The height H1 of the volatilizing means 13 is not more than a height to be able to suck up the liquid preparation 15 and lower than the liquid level height H2 of the liquid preparation 15 contained in the container 11 at the time of starting usage.
