<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet which is so excellent in releasability as to eliminate thermal fusion of a dye layer of a thermal transfer sheet and a dye accepting layer of the thermal transfer image receiving sheet and also an abnormal transfer and wherein the dyeing affinity of the dye is so high as to enable attainment of a printed matter of a high density and a high quality. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermal transfer image-receiving sheet constituted by forming a sublimable dye-accepting layer on at least one side of a base sheet, the accepting layer contains at least a binder resin, a release agent and a hindered amine additive shown by chemical formula. The hindered amine additive has multifunctionality and improves the dyeing affinity of the dye on the occasion of thermal transfer and the releasability of the thermal transfer sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
