<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can form an image without being affected by vibrations generated when a sheet processor performs postprocessing while the sheet processor and an image forming device are integrally constituted. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus 204 typically comprises an image forming device 202 for forming the image on a sheet, the sheet processor 201 for applying predetermined postprocessing to the sheet with the image, and a control means 500 for actuating the image forming device 202 and the sheet processor 201.
