<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account transfer method which can efficiently set and change an account transfer date in account transfer processing, and also provide an account transfer system and an account transfer program thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The required number of days linking with a fixed payment method is read out, and it is determined, based on a working day calendar, whether the operation date of a payment program set is a date when a bank is open for business.
