<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch having engaging reliability during a low temperature and idling reliability during rotating an engine, and to provide a clutch built-in type pulley device. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way clutch comprises an inner ring having a cylindrical face on the outer peripheral face, an outer ring having a cam face on the inner peripheral face, a plurality of rollers arranged in wedge spaces formed between the cam face and the cylindrical face, and an elastic body for elastically thrusting the rollers in the engaging direction.
