PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of damage on a washer tube arranged along a grommet. SOLUTION: A diameter expanding cylinder portion is equipped at at least one end of a small diameter cylinder portion in which electric wires of a wire harness is inserted. The washer tube is fixed to the grommet made from an elastic element provided with a vehicle body locking groove on an outer peripheral surface of the diameter expanding cylinder portion. A tube fixing material is provided, which has an large diameter ring portion, and a small diameter ring portion projecting from a part of an outer peripheral surface of the large diameter ring portion. The large diameter ring portion of the tube fixing material is externally fitted and fixed to the small diameter cylinder portion, and the washer tube is inserted in the small diameter ring portion, thereby fixing the washer tube along the outer surface of the small diameter cylinder portion.
