PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating a harmonic laser, capable of simply and properly adjusting an optic system inside the optical resonator. SOLUTION: A harmonic laser device is constituted to arbitrarily adjust the angle (orientation) of a wavelength-converting crystal 18 in the optical resonator through a second power monitor 58 by a crystal holder 34, a crystal-angle adjusting mechanism 36 and a control unit 26. In addition, the angle (orientation) of a terminal is adjusted in the mirror 10 through a first power monitor 56 by a mirror holder 48, a mirror-angle adjusting mechanism 50 and the control unit 26, and thus optical parallelism is adjusted between both terminal mirrors 10 and 12.
