PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-irritant liquid cleanser composition good in foamability in cleansing the skin and the hair, cleansing power and feeling in use during and after cleansing, and also good in storability. SOLUTION: The liquid cleanser composition comprises water and 1-60 mass% of an N-acylaspartic acid-based surfactant consisting mainly of an N-acylaspartic acid or its salt.
