PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently design a conductive path for an electric power source and for the ground. SOLUTION: In this CAD system, the first kind of through hole conductor patterns and the second kind of via patterns required therein are arrayed in a through hole conductor layer, by repeating alternately the first through hole conductor construction processing for settling one of the first via pattern on a via layer as a reference via pattern, and for constructing the first kind of through hole conductor pattern in a position on the through hole conductor layer corresponding to the reference via pattern, and the second through hole conductor construction processing for setting a through hole conductor prohibiting area with a radius corresponding to a predetermined limit through hole conductor space around the reference via pattern as the center, on the via layer, for selecting the second kind of via pattern located outside the through hole conductor prohibiting area, and for constructing the second kind of through hole conductor pattern in a position on the through hole conductor layer corresponding thereto, in a form of resetting the first via pattern or the second via pattern corresponding to the constructed through hole conductor patterns to the reference via pattern of the next construction processing.
