PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a filter from being clogged by water stain/dust or the like when a water supply pump is operated. SOLUTION: A water supply pump 5 is arranged above the water surface of a water tank 2, and a water supply pump connection tube 6 is not connected to the bottom surface of the water tank 2, and put through from the upper part of the water tank 2, and arranged between the water surface and bottom face of the water tank 2. Thus, water stain/dust precipitating on the bottom face of the water tank 2 can be hardly sucked, and water can be prevented from being stored inside a hot water tank connection tube 7 and the water supply pump 5 and the water supply pump connection tube 6. Thus, it is possible to prevent the generation of water stain or the like, and to always prevent the water supply pump connection tube 6 arranged under the water surface of the water tank 2 from sucking the water stain/dust or the like even after the lapse of a time by a chlorine producing device 2a.
