PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured and small sized lens driving apparatus that surely operates by eliminating backlash produced at the time of transfer of a lens transfer frame. SOLUTION: A driver 200 for transferring a plurality of lenses includes a first and a second lens driver 210, 230. The first lens driver 210 includes a lens transfer frame 212 for holding a lens, a feed screw 214 for moving the lens transfer frame, a stepping motor 216 for rotating the feed screw, and a plurality of carriages 221-224 including a fixed end that is fastened on the lens transfer frame and an open end that comes in contact with the thread part of the feed screw.
