PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling speed change structure of a work vehicle having a continuously variable transmission for traveling capable of simplifying a structure for holding a shift lever at a desired operational position and a structure for giving the click feeling to the operation of the shift lever. SOLUTION: A plurality of locking parts 32a are provided on a fixed part 33 along an operational path of a shift lever 16, and engagement members 31, 31a to be engaged with and separated from the locking parts 32a and a spring 30 to urge the engagement members 31, 31a against the engagement side are provided on the shift lever 16. By engaging the engagement members 31, 31a with the locking parts 32a, the shift lever 16 is held at a desired operational position, the engagement members 31, 31a are separated from the locking parts 32a against the spring 30 by the operation of the shift lever 16 to permit the operation of the shift lever 16.
