PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic treatment application method with which all treatment operations to respective regions are regularly constituted on the basis of unified concepts and can be easily recognized by a customer and can be easily learned by a treating person as well, and a cosmetic treatment application information tool used for it. SOLUTION: In a method for applying cosmetic treatment to at least one region of the whole body of a person to be treated, active treatment in which at least one of a light rubbing operation, a strong rubbing operation and a massaging operation is a main operation, adjustment treatment in which a finger pressurizing operation is the main operation and maintenance treatment in which a pressurizing operation is the main operation are applied in this order as a series of treatment to the respective regions on the basis of a treatment operation procedure indicated in the table: 10 or the like of the cosmetic treatment application information tool.
