It is possible to establish an information transmission method for transmitting information with increase of uncertainty in the process of transmission of the information. An information terminal has a plurality of sentence generation sentence patterns and generates a sentence by inserting a word inputted to the information terminal or selected in correlation with the event occurring in the information terminal to a sentence generation sentence pattern selected from the plurality of sentence generation sentence patterns. The sentence which is received at another information terminal via a communication path is judged to be modified or not. When the sentence is to be modified, the sentence generation sentence pattern contained in the sentence received is replaced by another corresponding sentence generation sentence pattern or a word contained in the received sentence is replaced by another word or symbol so as to generate a new sentence. The new sentence thus generated is transmitted via the communication path to the another terminal.
