Polystyrene-based, optionally multilayer foil (preferably with at least one expanded layer), for labelling or wrapping packaging such as glass or plastic bottles, plastic containers and especially food portion containers, in which the foil also contains metal components. An independent claim is also included for microwaveable food packaging, especially food portion containers, with a metal-containing foil wrapping comprising at least one layer of polystyrene-based foam with a thickness of 0.06-0.5 mm.
