<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator utilizing a water combustion device constituted by jetting flame from the water combustion device for mixing and burning oxygen, methane, and sea water into a flame jet conduit, introducing water resource such as sea water into it to rotate a water turbine, generating electricity by the power generator provided continuously with the water turbine, and letting a fuel cell generate electricity and to provide various facilities such as an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: Various facilities such as environment-friendly power generation facilities are provided by mixing and burning methane fuel produced by fermenting kitchen garbage from a kitchen and excreta of animals with oxygen and decomposing sea water by heat at high temperature and burning it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
