<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency induction heating device which reduces a magnetic field generating around a tip for mounting a high-frequency induction heating coil thereon, and reduces a detrimental effect of high-frequency induction heating on a side sheet for fixing and holding the high-frequency induction heating coil and the tip thereon. <P>SOLUTION: The high-frequency induction heating coil 21 comprises: a first coil portion 23 which surrounds a tip 6b approximately vertically extending among a plurality of the tips 6a to 6c, in the proximity of the outer surface of the tip 6b; a second coil portion 24 which is connected to the first coil portion 23, is arranged so as to face with an upper half part of a cylindrical outer surface of a section to be heated, at a predetermined spacing, and functions as a main body of the half-open saddle-shaped high-frequency induction heating coil; and a third coil portion 25 which is arranged in a position between the second coil portion 24 and lead conductors 8a and 8b for supplying an electric power so as to be connected with them and so that at least one part of itself can approach the first coil portion 23, and which has such a structure as a high-frequency electric current passes therein in a reverse direction to the high-frequency electric current that passes through the first coil portion 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
