PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video type game machine where a data quantity concerning a route table is not increased when making it possible to change a prize-winning ratio. SOLUTION: The video type game machine for carrying out a game by picture-displaying a game board surface comprising prize-winning ports and an out port, and shot balls is provided with: a main controller 6 for controlling a game state on a picture; a picture display controller 7 for controlling picture display; and a switching switch 54. The main controller 6 is provided with a ball attribute deciding means 6e having a plurality of prize-winning ratio tables TL with prize-winning ratios different from each other. The ball attribute deciding means selects one of the prize-winning ratio tables according to the operation of the switching switch, and decides a ball attribute expressing prize-winning or not prize-winning of each shot ball by the prize-winning ratio. The picture display controller receives the ball attribute, obtains a ball route according to its content, and move-displays the game ball on the picture along the route.
