PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gain characteristic and a noise characteristic of the whole circuit from deteriorating by reducing parasitic capacity of a transistor etc., used for gain control etc. SOLUTION: There are provided a 1st transistor and transistors for 2nd and 3rd switches in a variable-gain amplifying device, and parts of electrodes of the 2nd and 3rd transistors are formed in common.
