PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic observation aid capable of being easily attached, and preventing halation. SOLUTION: The endoscopic observation aid 10 is mounted on a through-hole formed for observing an observation wall face 3 in the interior by using an endoscope 30 with an observation optical system 32 and an illumination optical system 33 disposed at the distal end 31 of an insertion part of the endoscope. The endoscopic observation aid 10 is integrally formed, comprising an observation light transmitting member 11 disposed in a position facing the observation optical system 32, an illumination light transmitting member 12 disposed in a position facing the illumination optical system 33, and a shading part 13 disposed between the observation light transmitting member 11 and the illumination light transmitting member 12.
