The plaster has an absorbing element (1) and a non absorbing pressure reduction element (2) and at an opposite surface an adhesive film (3) for fastening the plaster on the skin is provided. The absorbing element is completely enclosed by the pressure reduction element which is compressible. A cross section of the absorbing element and the pressure reduction element is provided as a rectangle. The adhesive film completely surrounds the absorbing element and the pressure reduction element and within a contact range between the adhesive film and a surrounding zone (4) is provided. Between an adhesive film and the unit from absorbing element (1) and pressure reduction element (2) a sliding gel layer (5) is applied. The surface of the absorbing element and the pressure reduction element possess sticking characteristics when coming into contact with the skin.
