<p>Disclosed is a method for producing an adhesive film having remarkably higher productivity than the conventional methods. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing an adhesive film by forming an adhesive layer containing a thermoplastic polyimide on at least one side of a highly heat-resistant polyimide layer by coextrusion-cast coating. This method for producing an adhesive film is characterized in that a chemical dehydrating agent and a catalyst are contained in a precursor solution of the highly heat-resistant polyimide, and/or a solution containing the thermoplastic polyimide or a solution containing a precursor of the thermoplastic polyimide.</p>
