PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring tool of an internal dimension capable of measuring accurately and easily the minimum internal dimension in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction of a frame body. SOLUTION: This tool is provided with the first abutting body 6 having a first abutting surface 5 vertical to the approaching and separating directions on one end 2 of an expansion/contraction structure 4 expandable/contractible in the mutually approaching and separating directions of both ends 2, 3 along the linear axis in the inserted state between two portions L, K facing mutually, a second abutting body 8 provided on the other end 3 of the expansion/contraction structure 4 and having the second abutting surface 7 vertical to the approaching and separating directions D of the expansion/contraction structure 4, and a level vial 13.
