PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning device preventing a driver of an oncoming vehicle from being dazzled. SOLUTION: The warning device 1 comprises: a person-position detection circuit 14 to detect an oncoming vehicle area in which an oncoming vehicle is present and a person; and a marking wave irradiation device 15 to irradiate laser beams to designate the person outside the oncoming vehicle area if the person is present in the oncoming vehicle area according to the result of detection by the person-position detection circuit 14.
