PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling structure of a run-flat tire support, advantageous in cost and manufacturing since the support can be adapted to various kinds of wheels even if using the same supporting body, and a spacer used therefor. SOLUTION: In this structure, the spacer 10 is interposed between a rim well part 24 of the wheel 20 and the run-flat tire support 1 when assembling the support 1 to the rim well part 24 of the wheel 20.
