PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device capable of smoothly sliding a seat while improving mounting efficiency of a rail. SOLUTION: This seat device 1 is equipped with a vehicle body floor 2 constituted by a plurality of panels 21 and 22, a pair of long slide rails 3 fixed on the vehicle body floor 2 in parallel along the vehicle longitudinal direction, a pair of sliders 4 slidably mounted on the pair of the long slide rails 3 respectively, and the seat 5 fixed on the slider. Rail positioning holes 22a and 22b are provided on the one panel 22 of the plurality of the panels side by side in the the vehicle longitudinal direction, and rail positioning pins 31a and 31b provided on the long slide rail 3 are fitted in the rail positioning holes 22a and 22b.
