PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low pressure casting machine having the compactness and high efficiency and little appurtenant work without selecting the setting place. SOLUTION: A hydraulic pressure cylinder 15 for using an upper mold opening/closing and a carrier vehicle 14 provided with two guide bars 16, 16 are held with a U-shaped running frame 20 and this machine is constituted so as to enable to shift to lateral direction by rotating a servo-motor 19 through a rack and a pinion. Further, a holding furnace for molten metal is formed as L-shape type composed of a holding chamber 9 and a pressurizing chamber 8 and has non-stoke structure, and a degassing device is provided in the above holding chamber 9.
