PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven valve capable of accurately and finely performing minute adjustment and performing adjustment also in a large flow rate state. SOLUTION: A valve element 80 driven by an electric motor 71 is brought into contact with/separated from a valve seat 54. The valve seat 54 comprises an annular valve seat part. The valve element 80 comprises a valve member 81 and a holding member 82 holding the valve member 81. A step part 84 is provided in the lower part other than a seating part to the valve seat 54 of the valve member 81. The valve member 81 seats a tip of a seat end part 54a of the valve seat 54 to intercept a flow rate, and the flow rate is adjusted between the step part 84 and a side part of the seat end part 54a.
