PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding method for braiding false hair into self hair and binding the false hair to the self hair, and to provide a binding structure realized by the method, thereby enabling the simplification of a braiding-in work, the reduction of a false hair-braiding length, and the maintenance of a good binding state even when the self hair grows. SOLUTION: This method for binding the hair bundles comprises forming hair bundles H1, H3 comprising two false hairs 11a, 11b and self hair bundles 13a, 13b, forming a hair bundle H2 comprising an elastic cord 12 and a self hair bundle 13c, braiding the three hair bundles H1, H2 and H3, and then binding the braid with the elastic cord 12 to stop the braiding and bind the false bundle 11 to the self hair 13.
