PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a ligand system enabling a three-dimensional characteristics and electronic characteristics to be changed easily, and enabling the transition metal complex thereof as a catalyst in asymmetric synthesis, especially asymmetric hydrogenation to have not only high enantioselectivity but also high turnover rate.
