PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated granule capable of preventing granules from floating not only just after application but over a long period of time, and from dusting in handling the granule. SOLUTION: This granule of bioactive substance has a coating layer comprising a resin. The coating layer comprises at least two layers including an elution control layer directly coating the surface of the bioactive substance granule and an overcoat layer locating at the outside of the elution control layer. The overcoat layer contains an aqueous emulsion as a main component and either one or both of inorganic colloid sol and an inorganic filler. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
