PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion which reduces tiredness of a user and keeps his/her body at the optimal position of each according to a different body type by equalizing the distribution of reaction against the body. SOLUTION: The cushion 10 is provided with: a cushion material 1 consisting of a foamed plastic material; a bag 2 consisting of a soft air-tight sheet for sealing the cushion material 1; and a valve 4 which is provided in a freely openable and closable manner so as to be able to put air into and from the inside of the bag 2. The cushion material 1 is provided with a main cushion material 5 and a reinforced cushion material 6 provided outside of the main cushion material 5. The main cushion material 5 consists of a low-repulsion foamed resin material, and the reinforced cushion material 6 consists of the higher-repulsion foamed resin material than the main cushion material 5.
