PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a planner in deciding a therapeutic parameter having been dependent on the planner's trial and error. SOLUTION: A part of the therapeutic parameter selected by a planner is optimized based on the inputted image data and patient data by using a therapeutic planning assistance program, and a candidate plan for the therapeutic planning is prepared. The radiation dose distribution in an affected part is simulated by a radiation dose distribution simulator 50 by using the candidate plan, and the therapeutic effect of the result obtained from the simulation is evaluated and notified to the planner. |
