<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized high-voltage power receiving apparatus introduced into a condominium building or in a limited specified zone by a local community or by a management company. <P>SOLUTION: In a house group grouped in multiple dwelling houses or in specified areas, a high-voltage power receiving facility is introduced by the group, power is distributed to each house, an integrating wattmeter having capability for transmitting pulses is installed at each house, a signal generated from it is received by a fee charging system installed at a specified location, and the fee-charging system receives, accumulates, aggregates, stores, displays and analyzes the signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
