<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a door to be manually opened and closed in addition to electrical opening and closing, and to close the door in electric power failure or in a door half-opened state. <P>SOLUTION: In this refrigerator comprising the door, a pull-in pin 23 fixed to the door, and a door opening and closing means capable of being kept into contact with and separated from the pull-in pin, the door opening and closing means has an door opening arm 13 brought into contact with the pull-in pin to move the door in the opening direction and a door closing arm 12 brought into contact with the pull-in pin to move the door in the closing direction.
