<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant composition without coagulating even at (-)110°C cryogenic condition, having low viscosity and flowability, having high safety and capable of being produced at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This dimethylpolysiloxane composition is characterized by consisting of ≥2 kinds of dimethylpolysiloxanes expressed by general formulae (1) and/or (2) [wherein, (m), (n) are each 0≤m≤10 and 3≤n≤10 integer], containing ≤50 ppm water and also containing 15-95 wt.% dodecamethylpentasiloxane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
