<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information control technique suitable for calculation-assessing environmental information of a product. <P>SOLUTION: This environmental impact assessment device is constituted of a component constitution information database 101 for storing a component number of each component and main-sub relation information between the component numbers; an acquisition component database 102 for storing the environmental information of an acquired component; a component totalization processing part 106 for accumulating the environmental information of the acquired components onto the component of higher rank in the main-sub relation to calculate the environmental information as to the product, based on the component constitution information database 101 and the acquisition component database 102; an environmental impact degree assessment selecting part 104 for extracting the environmental impact element of the highest environmental impact degree among the acquired components as to a prescribed environmental impact element classification, for summarizing those to generate one imaginary component information, and for transferring the imaginary component information to the component totalization processing part 106, when the plurality of acquired components different in the environmental information while having the same component number exists in the acquisition component database 102; and a recording processing part 105 for recording generation details of the imaginary component information in a prescribed recorder to be output to an output interface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
