PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate connection structure of a camera which does not have the possibility of applying an excessive stress to an electrical part in the case of the operation of a movable unit, in the camera having the movable unit which can linearly relatively move in a relative rotation and rotating axis direction to a camera body having a circuit substrate. SOLUTION: The substrate connection structure of the camera includes a rotational and reciprocative shaft having a pair of coaxially fixed cylinders respectively fixed to the camera body and the movable unit, and coupling to enable the relative rotation of the pair of the fixed cylinders and the straightly relative movement in the rotary axis direction; a wiring relay substrate fixed to the end of the fixed cylinder fixed to the movable unit side of this retreating rotational shaft, and electrically connected to the electrical part in the movable unit; and a relay wiring member inserted into the retreating rotational shaft to connect the wiring relay substrate to the circuit substrate in the camera body.
