PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane-based adhesive of one-pack moisture-curing type, capable of being used as a polyurethane composition most suitable for executing work of a soft resin-based baseboard and having very excellent adhesive strength, and therefore capable of exhibiting strong adhesion, by being applied to both surfaces and/or one of the surfaces (a ground material side and/or an adherend material side) of a portion requiring the strong adhesion, such as an outside corner section. SOLUTION: This polyurethane-based adhesive of one-pack moisture-curing type has the strong adhesion capable of realizing double-sided adhesion by mixing a urethane prepolymer with a thermoplastic resin. Therefore, the adhesive is used as the polyurethane composition most suitable for executing the work of the soft resin-based baseboard and having the very excellent adhesive strength.
