PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-quick hardening cement composition having workability capable of preventing lowering of fluidity with time, a low shrinking property reducing shrinkage due to drying, a quick hardening property keeping strength development in a short time, adhering strength improved in increase of strength after the start of hardening, and further excellent in long term stability. SOLUTION: This super-quick hardening cement composition comprises 77-99 pts.wt. of a mixed material of a quick hardening material/(a mixture of portland cement and alumina cement) in a weight ratio of 0.1-25, 0.9-18 pts.wt. of anhydrous gypsum and 0.1-5 pts.wt. of slaked lime, and a setting modifier in an amount of 0.01-3 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. total of the mixed material of the quick hardening material and the mixture of portland cement and alumina cement, the anhydrous gypsum and the slaked lime.
