PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet bundle carrying device and a paper sheet processing system having this device, capable of coping with a plurality of binding parts, while efficiently carrying, inspecting and printing bound paper sheets. SOLUTION: This bundle carrying device has a bundle horizontally moving device 304 for carrying a binding bundle in its longitudinal direction by receiving the binding bundle A delivered from a binding device, and a bundle sandwiching carrying device 308 for carrying the binding bundle carried by the bundle horizontally moving device in the width direction of the binding bundle.
