PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt structure capable of reducing the size of a lifting carriage. SOLUTION: In a three-direction stacking truck in which a fork can face in the advancing direction and both sides of a vehicle for loading cargos thereon, a tilt drive means comprises a reduction gear 8 having an output shaft 7 projected from the lower end of an upright shaft 1 for rotation and an input shaft 5 passed through the output shaft 7 and projected to the lower side of the output shaft 7 and rotating the output shaft 7 after reducing the rotational speed of the input shaft 5, a rotating machine M inputting a rotational force into the input shaft 5, and a means connected to the output shaft 7 through an eccentric pin 17 to drive the upright piece 34 of the fork 3.
